GREAT STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been going to Darcars Nissan before it was Darcars. I have saw a lot of different management and different changes. I had a Mazda when i first started going and I was a lot younger. I was right out of high school. When I looked for a new car I new i would buy it from College Park because of the people. I bought a package deal because I didnt think about the workers in the future but i thought about the worker who explained, helped me and I trusted. Since then I had 3 people go to that person who sold me my car and they all purchased a car.
Fast forward to today, none of those people are there. I dont trust anyone at Darcars, and I only go there because I have a free oil change. Any issues with my car I take it to people I trust which are somewhere else.
When its time for me to buy another car, I would probably go some where else. I dont refer people. The people have changed so much and there is only one person that is kinda trust worth and still part of the original group since I have been there over 15yrs.
The place looks nice. The workers seem to have good customer service skills. But I question how my car is serviced, how things go wrong afterwards and once I stoped letting them service my car my problems wen away a couple of yrs back. Everytime Service finds an issue, i take it somewhere else because they make me feel like my car is going to break and not work if it doesnt get fixed. Im sure they mean well but i dont have these issues with the other place I started taking my car too. It doesnt look as nice, and they dont have a shuttle service like Darcars, but cost is affordable and they give me all parts they fix and explain why they dont need to fix things. Plus they have better or longer warranty. They have equal customer service and I trust them. They admist when they mess up and I respect that.
